Vineyards

Viniculture is an ancient part of landscape history - in the Neckar Valley, along the Mosel, in the Saale-Unstrut region, the Rheingau, and the Kaiserstuhl. The Wachau, major parts of the Valais or the Rhône Valley could hardly be imagined without vineyards. In some areas there are even some of the old terraced vineyards left. These historic sites are not just pleasing to the eye but they are also home to such species as Wall lizards and Swallowtail butterflies. And there is more: Wines produced in an environmentally friendly manner are also good for body and soul. And they are in no way inferior in terms of their taste and quality.
