Sought and found: the most beautiful European treasures of nature

Who will come out on top – bird, furry animal or spring blossom? The jury of the photo competition “European Treasures of Nature” gathered last week in Stuttgart to elect the most beautiful pictures of this year’s competition.

Once again, the jury members revelled in a true feast of images: 433 nature and photo enthusiasts from 36 countries had submitted about 2000 pictures of Europe’s impressive nature! In cooperation with „natur“ magazine, NaturVision film festival, and Gelsenwasser AG, EuroNatur is organising the big nature photo competition already for the 22nd time. Throughout Europe, both amateur and professional photographers were invited to submit five of their best pictures celebrating Europe’s nature. From the end of July the winning photos can be admired on the EuroNatur website.
