Marbled White, White-tailed Eagle, and the Brown Bear are this year's stars among the nature treasures of Europe. The twelve awarded photographs decorate the EuroNatur-Calendar 2011. They are also published in EuroNatur magazine (3-2010, published end of September 2010) and will be shown together with 27 more outstanding photographs of the competition in an exhibition organised by NaturVision in autumn.

Further data of the competition: The photography competition "Nature Treasures of Europe" was held already for the 17th time, calling on photographers throughout Europe to submit their five best shots of Europe's nature until March 31st. 300 photographers from 22 countries followed our invitation, sending us more than 1.400 pictures. The jury met in Stuttgart end of April to choose the best photos. The competition is sponsored by Lufthansa and held in cooperation with natur+kosmos and NaturVision.
